Each item is uniquely created just for you, based on your color preferences and size, once ordered. Unfortunately, we cannot support returns and exchanges due to wrong size, color, or if you simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we will offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 21 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with san@well2thrive.com to report the issue and include a clear photo of the item, showing the issue.
